Lola is our charming 12-foot tiny camper designed for one to two guests looking for a simple and relaxing getaway. Inside, you’ll find air conditioning, electricity, a cozy sleeping space, and a coffee station to start your mornings right. Outside, enjoy your own seating area perfect for slow mornings or quiet evenings at the campground. While Lola does not have running water, guests have full access to the bathhouse, showers, and laundry facilities just 20 feet away.

John and Lona Joiner

John and Lona Joiner are longtime RV travelers who turned their dream into reality by purchasing the RV park in 2025 with their daughter and son-in-law. John, a former construction company owner and highly skilled custom carpenter, helps build and maintain the park with care and craftsmanship. Lona loves creating warm, welcoming spaces and decorating in a rustic farmhouse style. Together they enjoy the outdoors, spending time with their four children, eight grandchildren, and two dogs, and welcoming guests to experience the beauty of Arkansas.
